  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as provision to third parties:
    1. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession caused by merger or other reasons
    3. When personal information is used jointly with specific individuals or entities, and this fact, the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name or title of the person responsible for the management of the personal information have been notified to the person in advance or have been placed in a state where the person can easily know

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  2. If we receive a request from the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we shall make the correction, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. If we have made corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or have decided not to make corrections, etc., we shall notify the user of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. When we receive a request for suspension of use or erasure (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, we shall conduct necessary investigation without delay.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we shall suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. If we have suspended use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or have decided not to suspend use, etc., we shall notify the user of this without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. requires a large expense or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests can be taken, we shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters stipulated by law or otherwise provided for in this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by us, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
